Brinkmann Grill Marinated Pork Chops

1\4 cup soy sauce

3 tbsp honey

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

3\4 cup vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic,peeled

1 1\2 tsp powdered ginger

4 sprigs of parsely

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

4 thick center cut pork chops

Combine all the ingredients, but the pork chops, in a blender & blend for 1-2 mins.

Place chops in a gallon zipper baggie & pour marinade in the bag.Seal & refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight.Take the chops out of the bag,brush with vegetable oil & season with salt & pepper.Fire up your Brinkmann Grill or Cajun Grill to about 400 degrees and cook for 10 mins or longer flipping once & depending on how thick theĀ  chops are & how well done you like them.
