Another Use for Your Propane Turkey Fryer;Campground Chicken Dinner

2 2 1\2 lb. boiler fryers, cut up

salt and pepper

6 medium potatoes

6 medium onions

6 medium carrots

1\3 c white wine vinegar

1\4 c sugar

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

3 bay leaves,crushed

6 ears corn

About 1 3\4 hours before serving:

Sprinkle chicken pieces with salt & pepper.Place chicken in the center of the stock pot of your 30 qt propane turkey fryer.Surround with potatoes,onions, & Carrots.

In a bowl or jar,combine 3 cups boiling water with the vinegar,sugar,2 Tbsp. salt, the Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves,and 1\4 tsp pepper; Pour over chicken & vegetables.Over high heat…heat to boiling.

Reduce heat to low; cover & simmer about 1 1\2 hours until chicken and vegetables are fork tender, occasionally ladling liquid in stock pot over all. About 15 mins before ending cooking,add corn.Serve when done.
