Fried Crawdad In your Presto Deep Fryer

3 eggs,beaten

1 tsp salt

1 1\2 C milk

2 Tbsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 Tbsp garlic powder

1 C fish fry

2 lbs peeled crawfish tails

1 C all purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

Oil, for frying

In a bowl, combine eggs,milk,& Worcestershire sauce. In your Coating Buddy(TM) combine fish fry, flour,baking powder,salt,cayenne, & garlic powder. Mix well. Dip the crawfish in the egg mixture & coat using your Coating Buddy(TM).Heat oil in your Presto deep fryer & deep fry the breaded crawfish until golden brown. Serve 4 to 6 people.
